The stairs are installed!
We were lucky enough to meet Brendan at the house this morning to discuss a couple of things and to our surprise we discovered the stairs were installed yesterday. So we headed up to check things out and Michelle and I are soooooooo happy! Our view, our rooms and our spaces are all amazing!

| The block opposite is a narrow 10 x 30 so could be a double story with a 8 - 8.5 frontage. It really won't block any view. |

| So these are the stairs. They will be finished in Blackbutt flooring and the Blackbutt posts will be stained to match. The doorway to our under stair storage will be narrowed to ensure the wall will align with the edge of the stairs. |

| Our upstairs lounge. tes, that is a void over near the windows so we will have railings along that edge. This is going to be one awesome room |
