We met up with Jaison from Mincove Homes today and he provided us with our preliminary plans. I'm not going to lie...I was feeling a little nervous that something would be wrong because of our previous experiences with the other builders but Mincove did not disappoint. Everything we had spoken with Jaison about had been included, altered or changed and the plans are so much better than what we expected.
Some minor tweaks to windows over this weekend but the house will look something like this:

| Added: Cavity slider to Theatre, Sliding glass door to Laundry, Fireplace which will move to between the Living side windows, cavity slider to the worlds biggest WIP. Note the split will be minimised to one step up from inside the garage and one step up in the hallway. NICE! |
