Today was a big day.

The brickwork has now officially finished and today the roofing team moved in to place our Colorbond roof in place. Absolutely amazed at the speed of the progress. I have been comparing to some of our immediate neighbours...our rear neighbours for example had commenced bricking when our carpenters were starting on the frames. Today our bricks are done and our roof is on. Our neighbours house is only 3/4 bricked!

We met with Brendan our SS this afternoon and he told us that the alresco roofing will be done tomorrow, with the weatherboard being placed at the same time.Next week he has organised brick cleaning, electrician to be back on site, interior lining s started  and scaffolding removed by end of week. Oh and our garage door won't be too far behind either.

Michelle and I spent some time this afternoon at Beacon lighting, selecting lights for our home. The Electrician will need these in about 4 weeks time. Once we make final decisions I will post our ideas here.
