Rendered Wall

Rendering of our external "feature wall" has continued this week with the first coat of Taubmans Grey Wolf being applied late today. I didn't manage any pics today but will grab some tomorrow and post them tomorrow night.  It will need several coats of paint as they work over the next day or so to smooth out the render.

The below shots were taken end of last week:

Just after application. Showing the corner braces that are put in place under the render.
Inside electrical work is well underway. The aircon has been installed in the roof with ducting being placed across much of the upper level. Upon visiting briefly this afternoon this is all now hard wired into the electrical box and there are cables for lights, power sockets and switches running all over the place. The amount of work the Sparky has done is amazing!

Electrician has been here :D  Marking out down-lights and wiring on the floor.
Talking with Brendan our Mincove SS, the scaffolding is due to be taken down at the end of this week. This will allow the roofers to finish the roof above the alfresco and our Dining Room and then all external work is complete. Gyprocking will commence end of this week/early next week and our internal stairs are maybe 3 or so weeks away! Once these are in we will be given a tour of upstairs. Brace yourselves for some images of the view from our Balcony!!

More updates soon....
